  • ASSOCIATE SURVEY ANALYST

    Candidate will have A.S. in surveying or civil engineering plus two years experience or equivalent work experience of four years. That experience must include writing/interpreting legal land descriptions, conducting city and county survey and mapping research. Basic understanding of topographic mapping and office support for construction staking, basic understanding of CAD and COGO programs.

    Must be familiar with boundary survey principles and Record Maps, Surveys and ALTAs.

    Ability to work with and for others, take initiative and work with minimal direction.

  • ASSOCIATE ENGINEERING DESIGNER

    Candidate will have 2 years experience in land development and/or public works, plus BSCE or the equivalent work experience of 6 years. Experience must include the ability to take plans from conceptual design to final plans, as well as preparation and processing of maps and plans for subdivision and land development projects, including road design, drainage and earthwork calculations.

    Must have knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards and procedures in the Inland Empire.

    Microstation/InRoads and/or AutoCAD/Civil3D experience required.

  • ASSOCIATE PROJECT ENGINEER/MANAGER

    Candidate will have a BSCE, California Registration as a Professional Engineer, plus a minimum of five (5) years of land development experience or the equivalent of ten (10) years of total work experience.

    Candidates for this position must demonstrate independent thought and decision making abilities, possess management and supervisory skills, and be adept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients and public agency personnel as well as in-house professional peers.

    Candidate’s experience must also include the following: supervision of engineering designers (including daily assignments of work, review of work, and quality control), management of project schedules and budgets, preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work, and significant experience in client and public-agency interactions.

    Candidate’s technical experience must include the following: preliminary engineering design studies (incorporating land use and zoning considerations, assessment and consideration of site constraints, and potential regulatory issues), preparation/processing of tentative and final subdivision maps, preparation/processing of public improvement plans and development plans for commercial and residential developments, and the preparation and review of attendant hydrologic studies and drainage reports.

    AutoCad/Civil 3D or MicroStation/Inroads CAD experience required.

    Position generally requires extensive experience and demonstrated\ engineering abilities in all aspects of land development projects and in interacting comfortably and productively with clients and public agencies.

  • PRINCIPAL PROJECT ENGINEER/MANAGER

    Candidate shall have a BSCE degree, California Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer, plus a minimum of seven years experience in land development or the equivalent work experience of twelve years in this industry. Candidate must have a minimum of three years management experience supervising the work of designers and drafters.

    Candidate for this position must demonstrate strong independent thought and decision-making abilities; possess demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills; exhibit management ability; be adept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients/public-agency personnel and in-house staff.

    Candidate’s managerial experience shall also include the following:
    supervision of engineering design teams; management of project schedules and budgets; preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work; significant experience in preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work; significant experience in client and public-agency interactions.

    Candidate’s technical experience must include the following:
    the ability to perform conceptual and preliminary engineering design studies (incorporating land use and zoning considerations, assessment and consideration of site constraints, infrastructure requirements, and potential regulatory issues); preparation/processing of regulatory plans; preparation/processing of public improvement plans (private and public); the preparation and processing of hydrologic studies and drainage reports.

    The Candidate must be experienced in CAD Design applications as they relate to land development design.
