This master plan was
used to assist City staff in improving the quality of illumination
throughout the City.
The project involved an inventory of the City’s existing
street lights. All data was entered/imported into an ARC/INFO
database so that it could be used by City staff to search street
lights by functional classification. A photometric analysis of
the existing street lighting network of various key locations
was also provided via text and graphical format.
