Rick Engineering Company as the prime consultant, provided design development and prepared construction documentation for the 5.7 acre park improvements located in the Otay Ranch Development which included two tennis courts, two basketball courts, play area, site lighting, park furniture, irrigation and planting. Santa Cora Park was awarded the City’s Beautification Award from the City of Chula Vista for its innovative design.
