Echelon is a one acre residential redevelopment
project between 11th and Park Boulevard in downtown San Diego's
East Village.
The project is a eight story 173 unit midrise condominum project
with three levels of underground parking. Rick Engineering
Company’s, in collaboration with Rick's Redevelopment Division, provided preliminary
engineering and cost estimates, tentative map waiver preparation,
sewer and drainage studies, improvements and grading plans,
sudivision and condominium maps.
