The objective of the landscape renovation project was to restore the 30-year old common areas and facilities to an "as new" condition in keeping with the obligation of the landscape & recreation committee to maintain the 32-acre complex in a first class condition. A special effort was made to achieve this objective within the allocated $9 million funding as much as possible. Rick Engineering Company, as prime consultant, provided master planning, design development, construction documents and construction management for the renovation project.
