Rick Engineering Company provided site/master planning, landscape architecture
and civil engineering including City processing and preparation of completed
construction documents. The project features parking for 224 spaces, placement of four buildings including the worship center, the fellowship hall, a preschool and multi-use facility center/gymnasium. The preschool, worship center and fellowship hall were placed at the end of a major street to create an outdoor urban plaza. The urban plaza includes a formal arrangement of enhanced paving, and palms with a large fountain shaped in the cross. The landscape design includes blending the project into the surrounding community streetscape theme and introducing a
water efficient, low maintenance sustainable landscape around the buildings.
