The Cities of Anaheim and Orange share a new, handsome apartment complex that is located in both municipalities. The 20.81-acre project site features two four-story on-grade apartment buildings, integrated four-story parking structures, and another apartment building with first floor screened parking garage. The complex also includes pool, spa and fitness center.

Rick Engineering Company coordinated with multiple agencies to bring the project to life, and augmented engineering services with comprehensive water resources components. Offsite improvements widened of a portion of State College Boulevard and implemented traffic signal design and modification.
