ON-SITE SWPPP MAINTENANCE

Rick Engineering Company provides qualified staff to maintain your SWPPP. This includes updating the Wall Map, reviewing the NOI and SWPPP for current information, inspecting the site on a weekly basis during the rainy season (October 1 - April 30) and on a monthly basis during the dry season (May 1 - September 30).

Our staff will also provide you with regular weather updates to alert you to any predicted rain event. We prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) posters to place in your job trailer to remind your contractors and subcontractors what the specific triggers are with regards to predicted storm events.

Rick Engineering Company has extensive experience assisting our clients and their attorneys by gathering technical information needed to respond to Regional Water Quality Control Board and Municipal enforcement orders. These Orders include Notices of Violation (NOV), Cleanup and Abatement Orders (CAO) as well as Administrative Civil Liabilities (ACL).
