Rick Engineering Company prepares SWPPPs for projects we are in the process of designing and engineering, as well as those projects where we are not the engineer of record. We thoroughly evaluate your project with regards to current storm water regulations to prepare a SWPPP that is site-specific, using the applicable Federal, State or Regional Board Storm Water Permit.

Our SWPPP services include preparation of the Notice of Intent (NOI) and site vicinity map for processing with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) SMART System. We provide information into the SWRCB’s SMART System for processing Change of Information Records (CIRs) if a portion of your project has been sold. We routinely prepare SWPPP Amendments/Revisions and respond to municipal plancheck comments.
