Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) & Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) Training for the 2009-0009-DWQ California Construction General Permit (CGP)
The GSST team is comprised of construction industry professionals with over 100 combined years of
industry experience as engineers, construction managers, environmental specialists and educators. The GSST team has taught more than 5,000 construction industry professionals over the last 18 years. Our mission is to prepare you to pass the State administered QSD and QSP exams.

- SWPPP Implementation
- Monitoring
- Reporting and PRDs
- Project Planning and Site Assessment
- SWPPP Development
- Project Closeout (filing a Notice of Termination)
Successful completion of the training course is a prerequisite to registration
for the CGP QSD/QSP Exams, which will be proctored on March 2, 2011 by the
Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board Region 3.
