Litigation and Legal Support Services are coordinated by the Legal Department of Rick Engineering Company. This Division was established in response to the increasing demand for specialized services associated with litigation and legal issues encountered by the Company's clients. Over time litigation and legal support activities have grown from providing expert witness testimony to include a range of services to assist clients in meeting the challenges associated with development and construction. Services typically are related to eminent domain and condemnation, construction disputes, zoning and land use issues, construction defect litigation, professional practice and design, professional liability, construction and project management, risk management evaluation, and seminar and training services.
